Depending on the organisation, the engagement and the nature of reform to be implemented, different levels of change management will be applied. As a minimum, key stakeholders will be identified and understanding obtained of their perception and reaction to the project. This helps to identify people who can influence the outcome of the project either positively or negatively and to what degree they have this influence. Appropriate levels of engagement can then be maintained with the stakeholders.
Activities and responsibilities relating to change management will be agreed with our client when the implementation plan is developed. To maintain ownership of the reform and to promote sustainability Promentor’s role is usually to support rather than lead. If clients request us to drive the implementation and reform then we can do this as well in an active role.
