Stage 4: Roadmap Development
With planning complete, we begin drafting a roadmap for implementation. It will include all the expected costs, timelines, resources and a risk profile for our recommended ICT improvements. This roadmap is workshopped and tested alongside the key decision-makers and skilled specialists within your company.
Stage 5: Strategic Transformation
